Our Mission
Melbourne Sake is Australia’s first craft sake brewery.
Our mission is simple, to craft a distinctly rich, robust and uniquely Australian style of Sake, with Australian ingredients, for Australia.
Launched in 2021 a limited number of bottles are produced during the winter brewing seasons. You can find Melbourne Sake served by the glass in some of our favourite spots including Supernormal, Ides, Brae and Navi, or mixed into some inventive cocktails at places like Byrdi and Arlechin.
